Nicole K.

When Nicole came to me, this is what she said:

“Prioritizing myself has gone by the wayside since returning to work from maternity leave & I want my kids to see that it’s still important for me to put myself first… which will ultimately make me a better mother.”

That’s where we started.

Not with extremes.
Not with trying to overhaul everything.

Just building something that fit into her life as a working mom.

We set clear nutrition targets, introduced strength training at home & focused on consistency… not perfection.

And she followed through.

Her goal?

“I wanted to feel strong, powerful & confident. I wanted to do the photoshoot to celebrate where I am right now in my fitness journey…”

She didn’t just get there.

She built something she could continue after.

After her shoot, we didn’t crash diet or undo the work.

We brought her up to maintenance, increased her food & shifted into building more muscle & strength.

Because this isn’t about a deadline.

It’s about creating something that actually lasts.

If you’ve been putting yourself last & feel like you don’t have time to do this “properly”… this is what it can look like when it fits your life.
