Shannah A.
A year & a half of progress.
No extremes.
No dramatic reset.
Just a lot of ordinary things done consistently.
We didn’t:
• starve
• train every day
• cut out social events
• chase fat burners or quick fixes
We kept it simple.
Structured training.
Up to 4 days a week.
Better daily habits.
Actually paying attention to sleep, stress & recovery.
And most importantly… we stopped treating every imperfect week like failure.
That’s where most people stay stuck.
Shannah didn’t.
She stayed consistent long enough for it to actually work.
Here’s how she put it:
“I’ve always struggled with finishing what I started when it came to any type of fitness routine…”
“I spent the last year & a half getting HEALTHY & STRONG.”
“I’ve enjoyed donuts & pizza & am now growing these amazing muscles I have only dreamed about.”
That’s the difference.
Not a better plan.
Actually following one.
If you’ve dieted before & feel like you can’t stick to anything long enough to see results… this is what it looks like when you finally do.
