When Shannon started with me, she wasn’t a beginner.

She was already training, already “eating clean”… and still not seeing the results she wanted.

That’s where most women get stuck.

We simply tightened things up.

• clear calorie & macro targets
• better execution in her training (not more complicated, just better)

And she ran with it.

Within a year:
• she completely changed her physique
• built real strength & shape
• did a professional photoshoot
• created a routine she could actually maintain

And she didn’t do it in a bubble.

Vacations, events, injuries… life still happened.

She just stopped starting over every time it did.

She eats more now than she did at the start.

More structure. More variety. No feeling deprived.

That’s the goal.

Not just results… but something that actually holds up long-term.
