Stephanie G.
After having twins, Stephanie didn’t just want to change her body.
She wanted to feel like herself again.
And not in a “get back to before” way…
In a way that actually felt sustainable.
So we didn’t rush it.
We built it.
Over time, we worked through different phases:
• fat loss
• building
• getting stronger
• leaning out again
But the biggest shift wasn’t physical.
“I have reached a level of radical body acceptance that I never thought I would get back to after I had my twins.”
That’s what matters.
Not just changing how your body looks… but changing how you see it.
“I have learned that I am capable of pushing myself way more than I originally thought.”
“I have improved the way I look and talk about my body.”
And yeah… the physical progress followed.
Stronger lifts.
More muscle.
More confidence.
But none of that happens without consistency over time.
Not perfect phases.
Not rushing the process.
Just continuing to show up.
If you’ve dieted before & feel disconnected from your body or stuck trying to “get back” to something… this is what it can look like when you build something new instead.
