Vanessa wasn’t a beginner.

She had already been training for a few years… she just felt stuck.

She wanted more definition, more muscle & to lean out a bit through her midsection.

So we didn’t add more cardio.

And we didn’t cut her food.

We actually INCREASED her calories.

Then we focused on what actually moves the needle:
• improving her form
• getting stronger in her big lifts
• progressing over time

And she followed through.

More food.
Better training.
Clear structure.
